Delivery, Returns & Refunds

This page explains the general delivery, cancellation, return and refund approach for orders placed with MZ Fabrication. Project-specific quotations may contain additional or different terms; where accepted, those project-specific terms take precedence for that job.
Delivery area
The online store currently accepts orders for Pakistan. Delivery availability and cost depend on the product, order value, size/weight and destination. Where the website offers a free-delivery threshold or a fixed delivery charge, the applicable amount is shown at cart or checkout before the order is placed.
Delivery and collection
Some products may be delivered, collected from the workshop or installed on site depending on the order. Any delivery or completion date is an estimate unless a written quotation specifically states otherwise. Large fabricated work may require access, unloading space, site readiness or installation arrangements to be confirmed before dispatch.
Standard stocked products
If a standard stocked product arrives damaged, is materially different from the confirmed order, or has a manufacturing issue, contact MZ Fabrication promptly with the order number and photographs where relevant. MZ Fabrication will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange repair, replacement, exchange, return or refund.
For a change-of-mind request involving a standard stocked product, please contact MZ Fabrication before returning anything. Eligibility depends on the product being unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition, together with the circumstances of the order. Delivery and return transport charges may not be refundable where the product itself is not faulty.
Custom and made-to-order work
Custom gates, doors, fabricated structures, cut panels, signage and other made-to-order items are produced to customer-approved requirements and may involve material commitments before completion. A cancellation or change after material has been purchased or production has begun may therefore result in deductions for work performed, materials used or other committed costs.
If custom work is materially different from the agreed specification or has a verified fabrication defect, MZ Fabrication will review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, repair, replacement or another agreed solution.
Advance payments
Where a custom order requires an advance, the advance is applied toward materials, production and the confirmed job. Refundability of an advance depends on the stage of the job and costs already committed. Any specific advance/cancellation terms written into an accepted quotation take precedence.
How to report a problem
Email info@mzfabrication.com or use the Contact page. Include your name, phone number, order/quotation reference, a description of the issue and photographs where useful. Do not return large or custom fabricated items without first agreeing the return or inspection arrangements with MZ Fabrication.
Refund method
Where a refund is approved, MZ Fabrication will agree the practical refund method with the customer. Bank-transfer refunds may require the customer to provide appropriate account details through a secure communication channel.
