These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the MZ Fabrication website, requests for quotations and orders placed through the online shop. By submitting an order or quotation request, you agree to the terms that apply to that transaction.
About quotations and orders
A quotation request is an enquiry only. It does not create a confirmed order, reserve production capacity or require MZ Fabrication to accept the work. Quotations may be based on drawings, measurements, photographs, site information, quantities and other details supplied by the customer.
Online orders are subject to availability, payment requirements and MZ Fabrication’s phone confirmation process. An order should not be treated as active for production or dispatch until the required confirmation and payment status have been completed.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise. Website prices, delivery charges and promotional discounts may be updated from time to time before an order is confirmed.
Standard products may be offered with cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. Where the website offers a discount for full direct bank transfer, the discount applies only to the qualifying full-payment method shown at checkout.
Made-to-order/custom products may require an advance payment before production begins. The current website workflow may offer a 40% advance with the remaining balance due on delivery or collection, or full bank transfer where available. Any job-specific payment schedule stated in an accepted quotation takes precedence for that project.
Custom fabrication
Custom work is manufactured to agreed drawings, dimensions, materials, quantities, finishes or other project requirements. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and for reviewing any dimensions, drawings or specifications they approve. Changes requested after approval or after production has started may affect price, lead time and material usage.
Availability and stock
Stock quantities shown for standard products are subject to change as orders are placed. The website may prevent orders above available stock. Made-to-order items may be shown as available without a finite stock quantity because they are produced against an order.
Delivery, collection and installation
Delivery availability, charges, collection arrangements and installation scope depend on the product or project and the destination. Estimated dates are not guarantees where delays result from site conditions, customer approvals, material availability, transport, weather, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
Inspection and issues
Customers should inspect delivered or collected goods as soon as reasonably possible and notify MZ Fabrication promptly if there is visible damage, a shortage, an incorrect item or a material difference from the confirmed order/specification. Please include photographs and the order or quotation reference where possible.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund eligibility depends on whether the item is a standard stocked product or custom/made-to-order work, the stage of production, the condition of the item and the reason for the request. Please see the separate Delivery, Returns & Refunds page for the current policy.
Uploaded drawings and files
By sending a drawing, photograph, logo, design or other file, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it for the requested work. MZ Fabrication may use the file only as reasonably necessary to assess, quote, manufacture or support the requested project unless otherwise agreed.
Website information
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, images and specifications accurate. Photographs may be illustrative and colours/finishes can vary with screens, materials and production. If a material error is discovered before fulfilment, MZ Fabrication may contact the customer to correct, reconfirm or cancel the affected order.
Liability
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MZ Fabrication is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, customer-supplied errors, misuse of products or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Governing law and contact
